Generation Change
Healing Programs

Inside Circle

The James R Halsey Foundation of the Arts, in collaboration with the Annie E. Casey Foundation, is introducing Inside Circle - a transformative program dedicated exclusively to working with men, addressing the unique challenges they face in confronting unresolved pain and isolation. Recognizing that societal expectations often pressure men to suppress vulnerability and emotions, Inside Circle creates safe, supportive environments where they can break free from these constraints. These male-only spaces foster openness and trust, allowing participants to explore their trauma, confront their past, and rediscover their potential for healing.
Through its transformative circle process, Inside Circle offers a path forward. Participants are empowered to share their stories, connect with their emotions, and embrace a journey to self-discovery. This deeply personal work enables individuals to break free from cycles of anger and resentment, replacing them with hope and self-agency. The results extend beyond the participants, rippling into their families and communities bringing the tools of healing back to their neighborhoods.
